Équilibres et déséquilibres selon les Doshas

Balances and imbalances according to the Doshas

The Doshas are the three vital energies present in the body. Each has its own specific function. A Dosha can become unbalanced due to physical or psychological disturbances, leading to symptoms such as sleep problems, anxiety, and dry skin. Ayurveda aims to rebalance these Doshas and eliminate all the imbalances that prevent us from achieving optimal health.
