2.1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the website indianwave.fr between Indian Wave (the "Seller") and any natural or legal person (the "Customer") wishing to purchase products offered on the website.

2.2. Products

Indian Wave offers Ayurvedic items and products for sale.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations may occur.

2.3. Price

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (TTC) .

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are calculated before order confirmation.

Indian Wave reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

2.4. Order

The order is validated when the Customer:

• Add the product(s) to your cart.
• provides his contact details,
• chooses their payment method,
• and confirms the payment.
  

All orders constitute full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.5. Payment

Payments can be made:

• by credit card (via the secure Shopify Payments platform),
• via PayPal ,
• or by bank transfer .
  

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

2.6. Delivery

Deliveries are made in mainland France only .
Parcels are shipped within 3 to 10 business days from order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier or the time of year.
In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days, the Customer may request cancellation of their order and a full refund.

2.7. Reception

The customer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt.
In case of any anomaly (damaged package, missing product), the customer must inform Indian Wave within 48 hours of receipt.

2.8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and unopened . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

Sealed products cannot be returned if they have been opened for hygiene reasons (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).

2.9. Legal Guarantee

All products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

2.10. Responsibility

Indian Wave cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
The seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

2.11. Personal Data

The information collected during order placement is necessary for order processing and delivery.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) , the Client has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data.

The site's data is hosted on Shopify Inc. servers, located in Canada.
Shopify complies with the GDPR and implements appropriate protection and security measures.

2.12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the indianwave.fr website (texts, visuals, logos, graphics) are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

2.13. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, the Client should first contact Indian Wave to find an amicable solution.
In the absence of an agreement, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts of Versailles .
