Let the water steep for 6 to 8 hours in the copper carafe (the easiest way is to fill the carafe in the evening and let the water sit overnight). One to two glasses a day (approximately 200–400 ml) are sufficient to reap the benefits. Ideally, drink the first glass in the morning on an empty stomach ( Ayurvedic practice ), and then another during the day.

Copper naturally oxidizes over time, which can cause dark spots or a dull appearance. This is perfectly normal and poses no health risks . To restore the shine of copper, simply clean it occasionally by rubbing it with a mixture of lemon and salt, or vinegar and baking soda, then rinse thoroughly and dry.

It is recommended to avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the quality and longevity of your copper utensils. Do not put in the dishwasher.
